The Timeshare Consumers Association have obtained the services of a leading firm of London solicitors, Stewarts Law LLP, to investigate claims by consumers who believe that they have been mis-sold timeshare by Resort Properties in Tenerife.
Stewarts Law hope to recover compensation for consumers who paid for timeshare using UK issued credit cards or with “linked loans”.
The claims will be against the credit card companies and banks who provided finance for the purchases, under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 which gives the consumer equal legal remedies against the seller and lender even if the seller is actually responsible for the misrepresentation or breach of contract.
Stewarts Law plan to provide their services on a Conditional Fee Arrangement “no win, no fee” basis and to protect their clients from having to pay the other party’s costs through “after the event” insurance. TCA do not make any charge.
If you wish Stewarts Law to investigate the possibility of your joining the Compensation Group, will you please complete the following form so that we can send you a questionnaire which you should then return to Stewarts Law. They will then contact you directly.
WARNING.
Fraudsters, posing as lawyers, are telephoning owners claiming a “no win, no fee” legal service.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! Please let us know if you are contacted.
