The Timeshare Consumers Association and Edwin Coe, LLP. solicitors, are investigating compensation claims against UK lenders who have funded timeshare purchases in Exeter. The Consumer Credit Act allows many claims for misrepresentaion and broken agreements by timeshare sellers to be made against lenders instead.
If you think that you may have a claim please complete and send the following form.
The solicitors will then contact you to tell you whether you qualify to join the compensation group and, if you do qualify, to explain the arrangments for joining the group - which will be on a "no win, no fee" basis.
